2024-2025 season fees

A commitment fee is the amount due immediately upon your athlete being selected for a Magnitude Volleyball Club team at tryouts. This amount is due in full before the athlete leaves tryouts in order to secure their spot on the team. The commitment fee is $600, and will be applied to your total season fee. The remainder of the season fee will be divided into 6 payments, due on the first of each month, beginning December 1st. This will be set up in SportsEngine. Credit/Debit card fees will apply.

You may also choose to pay your season fee in full via cash, check, or Zelle, for a 5% discount at tryouts. All credit/debit card transactions will incur a 3.5% processing fee, including payment arrangements. 

• All tournament entry fees for athletes, including (but not limited to):

                          > 6 USAV Tournaments plus Championships

                          > Jolly Volley

                          > MLK Open

                          > Festival Fiesta

                          > Prescott Shootout

• Full MVBC Uniform Package
• All court rental and equipment fees
• Mandatory ref/scoring clinic for all players and coaches
• Coaches salaries
• Background checks for all coaches and chaperones
• IMPACT Certification for all coaches
• Administration Fees
• Speed, agility, and/or weights training (per coach)
• Positional training (depending on age)

POST SEASON:

All teams 15s and above will play in the Volleyball Festival in Phoenix, June 2025! This  cost is included in Season Fees. 

If a bid to Nationals is earned, teams will attend Nationals instead of Festival. 

It is required for all athletes to be committed and attend Nationals or Volleyball Festival in June.

• Travel expenses for players and chaperones, including airfare and lodging (MVBC will pass on any available discounts)
• Food and drink during travel, unless specified (at least one team dinner will be included for travel tournaments)
• If a Nationals bid is earned, there will be additional costs. We will discuss the amount and payment options after the bid is earned. 

**Please keep in mind that season fees are always subject to change each year due to price increases involving tournament fees, registration fees, uniform and equipment costs, travel expenses, etc.  Please let us know if you have any questions!

• Two pairs of black spandex shorts or leggings
• Two MVBC practice shirts

• One pair of white knee pads 
• One Customized MVBC water bottle
• Access to the Magnitude Volleyball Club store for more apparel. Great for family and friends!
