STEP 1: AGE CALCULATOR
Please visit the Arizona Region Age Calculator to see what age group your athlete should be trying out for this season!
STEP 2: MEMBERSHIP
- Register for your athlete's USAV and AAU Memberships
- ARIZONA REGION MEMBERSHIP LINK
- Click the link above and scroll down to "AZ 17 and Under Membership" and follow the instructions
- Birth Certificate, SafeSport, and Concussion forms will need to be uploaded during the process of this membership
- The membership fee is $75 ($47 for AZ Region and $28 for USAV)
- AAU MEMBERSHIP LINK
- AAU Club Code is W3F8DF
- The AAU Membership fee is $24 (extended coverage)
- Please print your membership cards once completed and bring them to tryouts

STEP 4: PAPERWORK
PLEASE PRINT AND COMPLETE THE MEDICAL RELEASE AND WAIVER FORMS. MAKE SURE THEY ARE FILLED OUT COMPLETELY AND SIGNED BY PARENT/GUARDIAN.
Please bring the following documents to tryouts:
1: AZ Region Membership Card
2: AAU Membership Card
3: Medical Release Form
4: Signed Waiver
5: Copy of athlete's Birth Certificate
*6. Review the Parent/Player Contract under Important Links. This will be provided to you and required to be completed immediately upon your athlete being selected for a team.

TRYOUT DAY AND WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Please wear your Magnitude VBC shirt that you received at any open gym/clinic. If you have not received a shirt, please let us know at check-in.
- Check-in will be required to pick up the the athlete's tryout number, t-shirt (if needed), and accept forms.
- At least one parent/guardian needs to be present the entire time to sign paperwork and help with uniform selections.
- Parents are not allowed in the tryout area and must remain in the designated area until it is completed.

- Payment will be required immediately after tryouts are completed if your athlete is selected for a team. Please see SEASON FEES tab for payment information.
- Once your athlete is selected for a team, please come back to check-in to
- Complete forms and payment.
- Complete uniform try-on form
- Take team photo
- Get next steps!
