Get Ready for tryouts!
STEP 1: AGE CALCULATOR
Please visit the Arizona Region Age Calculator to see what age group your athlete should be trying out for this season!
STEP 2: MEMBERSHIP
- Register for your athlete's USAV and AAU Memberships
- ARIZONA REGION MEMBERSHIP LINK
- Click the link above and scroll down to "AZ 17 and Under Membership" and follow the instructions
- Birth Certificate, SafeSport, and Concussion forms will need to be uploaded during the process of this membership
- The membership fee is $75 ($47 for AZ Region and $28 for USAV)
- AAU MEMBERSHIP LINK
- AAU Club Code is W3F8DF
- The AAU Membership fee is $24 (extended coverage)
- Please print your membership cards once completed and bring them to tryouts
STEP 3: REGISTER FOR TRYOUTS

STEP 4: PAPERWORK
All pre-tryout documents will be completed through our registration link. YOU MUST REGISTER TO ATTEND TRYOUTS! You will need to upload copies of your USAV card and AAU card prior to tryouts. At least one parent/guardian MUST be present at the end of tryouts to complete required paperwork and help with uniform selection!
TRYOUT DAY AND WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Please wear any Magnitude VBC shirt that you received previously. If you have not received a shirt, please let us know at check-in.
- Check-in will be required to pick up the the athlete's tryout number, t-shirt (if needed), and accept registration.
- Spectators are not allowed to remain in the gym for tryouts. A parent meeting will take place during tryouts in the lobby.
YOU MADE A TEAM! NOW WHAT?
- Payment will be required immediately after tryouts are completed if your athlete is selected for a team. Please see SEASON FEES tab for payment information.
- Once your athlete is selected for a team, please come back to check-in to
- Complete forms and payment.
- Complete uniform try-on form
- Take team photo
- Get next steps from your new coach!
